After the sub,

Go to your phone settings
Apn ; blackberry.net
Ip; 10.71.170.5
Port;8080
Save and exit......

This will work with your apps but if you face challenges with your WhatsApp

Goto to your psiphon and set it like this....

Proxy server; mobile.etisalat.com.ng or blackberry.net

Goto more option and input this ip and port 10.71.170.5;8080

Save and enjoy
