Current Situation... Stuck!

So Last Night I Wrote; Hey guys! So it's Friday night, also date night... Hehe.

Well it was meant to start off with movies at The Palms. I get to The Palms, put the car in park and just as I'm about to switch off the ignition this insane downpour begins. I call Le Date and he's stuck somewhere, thanks to the rain, which apparently started several minutes earlier at his end. So although I have an umbrella here I don't want to go into the mall and begin to wander like a lost puppy.

I decided to wait it out in the car, got bored, started taking selfies, then I suddenly remember I have this blog where I like to share stuff, but even more than that I LOVE IT when my readers share too.

So I've told you mine, what's your current situation at the moment you're reading this.

This morning I wrote; Then date night ended and I got a call from a friend asking me to stop over at Farm City at Lekki 1. I did and I was stupid enough to allow one of the security men move out my car when the person whom I'd parked behind wanted to leave. Alas when I was ready to leave the door wouldn't open and after failed attempts to open it, I gave up at 1am and took a cab home. As early as 7am this morning I rushed back there with a Panel beater but what I thought would take a few minutes took almost three hours. I can't complain much because I met some really nice people in the process.

One gentleman in his 50s who was having his morning run stopped over to help. He said he owns an automobile dealership and cars are his passion. He helped out but eventually had to continue with his exercise. Another fine young man who had come to the supermarket went back to his car after shopping. I watched him watch me and I wasn't surprised when a few minutes later he came down from his car and came to join us. After about thirty minutes and no luck, he called his mechanic to come and help out. He stayed with me till the end.

Prior to that this other cute youngen who was also having his morning run came over. He said he drives a Honda as well and we should try to see if his car keys would open the door. We tried, it didn't work, but I was very grateful for the care shown. We exchanged pleasantries and numbers... Suffice it to say that I made a lot of friends this morning and my contact list has expanded. *Big Grin*.

So I'm back home now about to send Thank You texts to everyone who stopped to help and gave me their numbers "just in case I need anything". Apparently we've still got some really nice people around.

So this is my current situation. What's yours? And just in case there's anything you'd like to say or talk about...
